Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements and design documents.
- Execute manual tests, track results, and ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align on project expectations.
- Perform performance, scalability, and security testing as part of QA processes.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging QA tools, trends, and practices.
- Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Java, C++, or Python is a plus.
Additional Skills & Expectations
- Strong focus on learning modern technologies and testing tools.
- Ability to conduct usability testing, report bugs, review code, and communicate findings effectively.
- Manual testing experience/training is mandatory.
- Candidates must be based in Noida or Delhi NCR.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Training Period: 6 months of on-the-job training with a stipend.
- Bond: Candidates must be willing to sign a 2-year service agreement.
