Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements and design documents.
  • Execute manual tests, track results, and ensure product quality meets company standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align on project expectations.
  • Perform performance, scalability, and security testing as part of QA processes.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and QA best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging QA tools, trends, and practices.
  • Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Java, C++, or Python is a plus.

Additional Skills & Expectations

  • Strong focus on learning modern technologies and testing tools.
  • Ability to conduct usability testing, report bugs, review code, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Manual testing experience/training is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be based in Noida or Delhi NCR.
  • Only male candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Training Period: 6 months of on-the-job training with a stipend.
  • Bond: Candidates must be willing to sign a 2-year service agreement.
