About the Team
You’ll be joining SAP SuccessFactors, the world’s #1 cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. Supporting over 120 million users in 90+ countries, our team builds end-to-end HR technology solutions—including Core HR, payroll, learning, analytics, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with senior developers to build and test product features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
- Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
- Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (Full-time) in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP.
- Familiarity with Java, web application development.
- Exposure to Spring, REST APIs, or ORM frameworks is a plus.
- Basic understanding of front-end tech like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
