About the Role
Medpace is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for talented individuals to join its IT team in the Mumbai office. As a Junior Software QA Test Engineer, you will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure applications meet user needs
- Perform manual, exploratory, and automated software testing
- Create and maintain test cases, plans, and relevant documentation
- Conduct peer reviews of test cases
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and inconsistencies
- Review and enhance requirement specifications to ensure full test coverage
- Assist with execution of user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of complex software applications
- Knowledge of or exposure to automated testing (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is a plus
