🧾 Job Description
As a Software Test & Release Engineer at Sasken, you will:
- Apply broad technical knowledge or in-depth expertise in specific practices.
- Identify and resolve problems in existing systems using defined procedures.
- Handle day-to-day responsibilities under the guidance of a Team Lead or Project Manager.
- Focus on operational tasks and timely project delivery.

💼 Competency & Skill Requirements
Protocol Testing (2G/3G/4G/5G):
- Testing modem/UE protocol stacks and performing interoperability tests with network operators.
- Understand network scenarios, create test plans, execute tests, and debug issues.
- Proficient in 3GPP RATs (Radio Access Technologies), network signaling, and UE/Core protocols (L2/L3/NAS).
Automation & Tools:
- Scripting: Python, Perl, Shell, TCL, TTCN.
- Tools: QXDM, QCAT, QPST, Prism, Anritsu, Keysight, RTD, log analyzers, core dump tools, flashing tools.
- Platforms: Linux-based internal/customer-specific systems.
- Standards: Strong knowledge of 3GPP specifications and vendor testing processes.
