WILP is a unique initiative by Wipro that enables students to earn while they learn. Selected candidates will work with Wipro while simultaneously pursuing an M.Tech degree from a reputed university, fully sponsored by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university norms)
- Eligible Degrees:
- BCA
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
- Core Mathematics during graduation is mandatory
- Business Maths or Applied Maths will not be considered
Passing Year
- 2024 & 2025
Other Conditions
- Only one active backlog is allowed at the time of online assessment (must be cleared before 6th semester)
- Maximum 3 years of educational gap allowed between 10th and start of graduation
- No gap allowed during graduation (should be completed in 3 years)
- Open school/distance education accepted for 10th & 12th only
- Must be an Indian citizen or hold a valid PIO/OCI card
- Bhutan & Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate
- Minimum 3-month cool-off period required between Wipro assessments
- Must be 18 years or older at the time of registration
Selection Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Analytical Ability: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Quantitative Ability: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
Round 2 – Business Discussion
Round 3 – HR Interview
Service Agreement
- 60 months (5 years)
- If you resign before the completion period, the joining bonus must be paid back on a pro-rata basis
