Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system requirements and specifications.

- Evaluate code against business and technical requirements.
- Document testing phases and track defects.
- Prepare and present detailed test reports.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years in IT/Software QA
- Experience with cloud-based applications (SaaS)
- Understanding of SDLC, QA processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in SQL and defect tracking tools
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
