GenC – Role Description
- Understand and document business requirements
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy applications
- Write low-level design for components
- Work in an Agile environment and adhere to SDLC practices
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
- Communicate clearly and proactively
Eligibility Criteria
- Only 2025 batch graduates from specific B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech streams (excluding non-core tech branches)
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (no rounding off)
- No active backlogs at the time of onboarding
- Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India
- Willingness to relocate and work in any shift/location

GenC Next – Additional Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate strong full-stack development and coding skills, and hold certifications in one or more of the following:
- Languages & Tools: Java, C#, Python, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring REST, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API
- Concepts: Data Structures, OOPs, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Maven
GenC Pro – Platform-Specific Skills
Candidates should possess expertise and certifications in enterprise platforms such as:
- Technologies: Cybersecurity, Salesforce, Oracle, Mulesoft, Pega, SAP ABAP/Basis, ServiceNow
